The staff is very polite and friendly, specially I am very pleased with Mr. Mustufa working at Reception. He was very helpfull and cooperative and kind person. This hotel is good return for the money.

Bed sheet looks old and found hole in it, Hotel need to replace the linens as soon as possible.

located in the heart of the city. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like haji gahwa that was only 10 minutes' walk away. the hotel was situated adjacent to the 122 bus stop, just 20 minutes walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the free Wi-Fi provided in the room was a convenient bonus. The location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to the malls and within easy reach of restaurants. Additionally, the fact that it was quite near from the airport made it a convenient choice for us.

maintenance. i was booked in executive room. i went to shower closed the door when i tried to open the knob to open the door the knob came out and the door didn't open. however, i managed to open the door. management should concentrate more on maintenance.

Dont call it as a Hotel. The worst hotel i ever stayed. Smelly Carpet. Very small rooms.even there was No complementary water to drink in Room. the security officer was under the influence of Alcohol.There is a Bar near the lobby and it was very noisy.

The location is great as it is quite near from the airport and the septco bus station. It is also very close to the malls and there are many restaurants in the area. the room and bathroom are clean and serviceable, with good toiletries provided. the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a free shuttle to/from the airport. the hotel has various bars and restaurants to choose from.

Finding a parking spot for your car can be a little challenging.

Absolutely it’s not 4 star hotel !! I wonder how it classify that in the web site. It is only 2 star. The hotel has a few parking car and almost occupied all the time.
